Module 3

Module 3 explores the importance of establishing good habits in relation to our sport.

At this point you will have identified 1-2 habits you want to improve or create. This Module will help you see the importance of these habits and how they are fundamental to achieving your “C” Type goal. Whether it is establishing consistency around training, committing to your new fitness program or even getting to bed earlier to maximise your rest. We would like to see you step through this module and have started putting into practice YOUR new habit.

PLUS, we introduce the role of affirmations in creating positive thought patterns. Don’t forget to check in with the MATERIALS tab for some examples of affirmations you might choose to start using.
