Module 2

Welcome to Module 2. At this point you should have started your list of wants and even established a “Type C” goal.

In this session we will review the content from Module 1 and focus in on what your goals are and what it is that you want! This is an important step as being clear with your goal gives you a very clear sense of purpose and direction.

PAUSE: If you have not completed your list of wants – do not move to the next module. This program is about taking action steps and with you becoming clearer about what you want.

The next part of Module 2 is about developing good habits, the habits and repeated thoughts/feelings and actions that will move you to your goal.
