There will be others on the journey who play an important role, but you decide now, IF IT IS GOING TO BE, THEN IT IS UP TO ME! When you talk to any successful athlete from any sport, you will realise that they have a strong belief in themselves, their abilities and have a clear picture of what it is they want to achieve. They have a GOAL!

DELIVERY OF 5 MODULES
Self-paced modules including video presentations, online quiz questions at the end of each Module and specific activity work sheets. The delivery is designed to be over a 10 week period providing flexibility for the athlete to fit into their schedule.
We encourage athletes to focus on one module per fortnight and to repeat watching the same video presentation multiple times within that fortnight.
Step 1: Begin with the Welcome Module providing an overview of the program. Note: Once viewed you will need to “Mark as complete” at the bottom of the page to move to the next module.
Step 2: Follow the Module links and work through each module one at a time. Do not jump ahead, the program will only allow you to move through as you complete each module.
Step 3: Complete worksheets and the online quiz before moving to the next module.

• Module 1 – Understanding the Mind (Stick Person) + Introduction to Goal Setting
• Module 2 – Setting Meaningful Goals
• Module 3 – Changing Habits / Creating New Experiences
• Module 4 – Attitudes for Success
• Module 5 – A Positive Self-Image
Q & A SUPPORT ZOOM SESSIONS
We encourage athletes to focus on one module per fortnight and to repeat watching the same video presentation multiple times within that fortnight.
Each Zoom session will include the following format:
• Module follow up and discussion from previous module with focus on reviewing the activity worksheets
• Opportunity to share stories and experiences to enhance athletes understanding.
• Finish with questions from athletes and/or parents.
Workbooks & case study examples will be used to enhance learnings and outcomes.
We encourage each athlete to organise a display folder and notebook at the beginning of this program. The notebook will enable athletes to jot down key notes, phrases and actions they want to commit to. The display folder will also allow athletes to print worksheets and save previous work in the one location. Over time athletes will enjoy saving stories, images, notes that mean something to you and connect you with the goals you have set out to achieve.
